State and district privacy agreements
99math is built for classroom use and complies with FERPA and COPPA. Many states and districts also require a signed data privacy agreement before teachers can use us with students. Find your state below to see where we already are and what to do next.
Step 1
Find your state
Search the table or filter it. Every state is listed, including the ones where we have not signed yet.
Step 2a
Sign Exhibit E
Where a statewide agreement exists, your district joins it by signing Exhibit E, the General Offer of Privacy Terms. No negotiation needed.
Step 2b
Or send us yours
No statewide agreement in your state? Email your district's DPA to legal@99math.com and we will complete and sign it.
